Mailfence supports EFF and EDRI in the fight for electronic freedom and email privacy
At Mailfence we believe that developing a state-of-the art secure and private email with “true” end-to-end encryption is not sufficient. The fight for email privacy and electronic freedom cannot be won alone but only by building a global movement of citizens, technology providers and NGO’s that work together.
We put our money where our mouth is
That is why we pledged to donate at least 15% of our specific donation “Ultra” plan revenues to support the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and the European Digital Rights Foundation (EDRi). These organisations are among the leading nonprofit organization defending civil liberties in the digital world. They champion and monitor important issues such as user privacy, freedom of expression and technology development. They try to ensure that rights and freedoms that we take for granted in the physical world are enhanced and protected as our use of technology grows.
Join the fight for email privacy, upgrade now
All our ultra-plan users automatically contribute to the fight for online privacy and digital freedom through paying a yearly subscription. Wanna join the fight for online privacy, upgrade your account now and select our specific donation “Ultra” plan.
In continuation with the lines of our transparent approach – we’ve decided to publish the full details of the donated amount.
