{"id":4059,"date":"2016-04-29T14:06:24","date_gmt":"2016-04-29T12:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test-blog.mailfence.com\/?p=4059"},"modified":"2026-04-09T12:38:29","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T10:38:29","slug":"reporte-de-transparencia-y-warrant-canary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.mailfence.com\/es\/reporte-de-transparencia-y-warrant-canary\/","title":{"rendered":"Informe de Transparencia y \u00abWarrant Canary\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En virtud de nuestro compromiso con la privacidad online, nos complace presentar nuestro <em>Informe de Transparencia y Warrant Canary<\/em>, para mantenerles informados acerca de cualquier solicitud de informaci\u00f3n acerca de nuestros usuarios por parte de las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-informe-de-transparencia\">Informe de Transparencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre el 1 de julio de 2025 y el 31 de diciembre de 2025, Mailfence tiene:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recibido solicitudes de identificaci\u00f3n de usuarios en <strong>21 ocasiones<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entregado datos de identificaci\u00f3n de usuarios por orden judicial v\u00e1lida en B\u00e9lgica en <strong>9 ocasi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00daltima actualizaci\u00f3n: enero de 2026 (esta informaci\u00f3n se actualizar\u00e1 cada 6 meses)<br>Pr\u00f3xima actualizaci\u00f3n: julio de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ser considerada una solicitud de informaci\u00f3n, la solicitud debe ser recibida mediante una v\u00eda legal. No tenemos en cuenta las solicitudes extraoficiales, que siempre son rechazadas por nosotros. Las \u00fanicas solicitudes jur\u00eddicamente vinculantes son las emitidas por juzgados Belgas, con los cuales estamos obligados a cooperar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-warrant-canary\">Warrant Canary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que no es posible emitir \u00f3rdenes de secreto de sumario en B\u00e9lgica, aun as\u00ed publicamos un Warrant Canary. Dado que &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mailfence.com\/\">Mailfence<\/a> es una empresa Belga, no puede recibir, y nunca ha recibido, ni Cartas de Seguridad Nacional de los EE.UU. ni \u00f3rdenes judiciales FISA. Tampoco hemos sido objeto de ninguna orden de secreto de sumario por parte de ning\u00fan tribunal FISA.
